Iran Press/ Europe: "Ali Bagheri Kani," Deputy Foreign Minister of Iran, who traveled to Oslo to participate in the tenth round of political consultations between the two countries in response to the invitation of Norwegian Deputy Foreign Minister Henrik Thune, met on Wednesday separately with the Foreign Ministry Secretary-General Tore Hattrem, Minister of Oil and Energy, Amund Vik, and Norway's Deputy Minister of Fisheries and Ocean Policy, Vidar Ulriksen, met to discuss issues of mutual interest in the political, energy and fisheries sectors.
Bagheri Kani also, in a meeting with a group of Iranians living in Norway, referred to their diverse capacities of them and added: "A necessary condition for the protection of national identity is the continuous connection of Iranians living abroad with their homeland."
Underlining Iran's government's commitment, especially the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to provide the necessary conditions to facilitate the effective interaction of Iranians abroad in the process of development and progress of the country, Bagheri Kani expressed hope that Iranians living in Norway would be true representatives of the country civilization, culture, and grandeur.
