Flights from Tehran to Beirut have been suspended until February 18, and Iranian passengers, like Lebanese passengers, cannot currently be transported.

What he's saying:

The Head of Iran's Civil Aviation Organization (CAO), Hossein Pourfarzaneh, says the flight suspension was a request from the Lebanese authorities due to some special security considerations in Beirut.

The big picture:

Under pressure from the Israeli regime, which alleged that an Iranian flight was transferring funds to Lebanon's Hezbollah, the Lebanese Roads Minister canceled the flight to Beirut International Airport on Thursday morning. The Israeli interference has disrupted normal flights from Tehran to Beirut and vice versa.
