The 16th round of political talks between Iran and Indian was held in Tehran, with the presence of Iranian foreign minister's political deputy, Abbas Araqchi, and his Indian counterpart, Vijay Gokhale.

Iran Press/Iran News: The two parties have gone through the vast variety of issues of common interests in different bilateral, regional and international levels and a roadmap for further relations within a year ahead has been devised.

Expressing their content over positive effects of implementing national currencies and remarkable augmentation of the countries' trade rates on both countries in a recent year, Iranian foreign minister's political deputy, Abbas Araqchi, and his Indian counterpart, Vijay Gokhale firmly stressed on the necessity of broadening the mutual relationship in different parts such as commerce, transportation, sciences and technology, industry, communications, banking, insurance, and investments.

Araqchi insisted that Kashmir issues are needed to be resolved through the efforts of India and Pakistan holding talks based on peaceful and fairgrounds.

Highlighting amicable historical relationship between Iranian Muslims and that of Kashmir's, Araqchi has expressed hope in regards to the appropriate respect the country's Muslims need to receive and the elimination of obstacles and restrictions they deal with.
