Iranian member of parliament described the relation between Islamic Republic of Iran and EU after implementation of The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action known (JCPOA) as the positive one.

Iran Press/Iran: The member of  the Iranian parliament  Mehrdad  Lahooti , in an exclusive interview with Iran Press international news agency on Sunday Aug. 19, 2018 said that the relationship between Iran and EU after the implementation of The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) is positive.

Lahooti who is the member of Iran's Majlis civil engineering  commission  while referring to the  fact  that   the Europeans turned out to be pledged over JCPOA even after US withdrawal and kept their promise said that however; Iran  expects them to do more about JCPOA .

He went on to say that the Europeans have promised to buy one million barrels of  crude oil after US withdrawal from JCPOA . Further the process should continue in the same way.

Lahooti also expressed hope Europeans' loyalty toward JCPOA  would   teach US statesmen    good lessons  for US pulling  out from JCPOA which is considered as the important international agreement has led to International community 's distrust toward the officials of the White House .

On May 8, US President Donald Trump pulled the US out of the JCPOA, which drew harsh criticism from the international community and other signatories to the agreement.
