Tehran (IP) - Iranian Minister of Defense said that Iran has a favorable position in UAVs and was ranked fifth or sixth in the world.

Iran Press/Iran News: Responding to Iran Press' question on Monday, Brigadier General Amir Hatami stated that Iran was progressing well in all UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) operations, including combat, reconnaissance, and shipping, noting that all drones are being built entirely in the country.

He pointed out that Iran has a good potential in the field of fighter jets, including fighters' overhaul.

Hatami announced that Iran had a good condition in the construction of Kowsar fighters, and in the next 4 months, three to four more Kowsar fighters would be provided to the Iranian Air Force.
