Tehran (IP) - Libya's Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Najala Al-Monghosh, who visited Tehran in response to the invitation of Hossein Amirabdollahian, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, was welcomed by his Iranian counterpart on Tuesday.
