Iran Press/ West Asia: The Iranian FM arrived in Beirut late on Thursday, as part of a regional tour to Iraq, Lebanon and Syria amid high tensions in the region over the Israeli aggression on Gaza.
Iran's foreign minister announced in a press conference on Saturday that the fingers of the resistance are on the trigger to change the map of the occupied territories.
In response to the question of what is the red line of the resistance groups to respond to the Israeli regime, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said: Today, the leaders of the resistance are in a top position, they have designed all the scenarios and are ready. Their fingers are on the trigger.
The minister added: If the international community, the United Nations, and the activists who support the Zionist regime's war-mongering delay, the resistance will give its answer at an appropriate time.
"I found out, in the negotiation with the leaders of the resistance, that when they decide to respond, it will be decisive, regretful, and also will change the current map of the occupied territories," he added.
Hamas will stipulate preconditions for ceasefire
Iran's Foreign Minister said the Resistance forces' leaders are in the desired status and in case of any ceasefire, it is the Resistance front that will stipulate the terms for the truce.
Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said whether a ceasefire with the Israeli regime is reached or not, it is the Resistance front that in any way determines the conditions.
Amir-Abdollahian said that what is important is to stop the war crimes of the child-killing and apartheid regime of Israel against the people of Gaza.
"We proposed an urgent meeting of foreign ministers of Islamic Cooperation Orgaization's memeber countries and announced Tehran's readiness to host this meeting to the Secretary General of the OIC."
He said that one of the actions the Secretary General of the OIC was supposed to take was to appoint a special representative to follow up on issues related to Palestine, including the collection of evidence that confirms the Israeli regime's war crimes committed against the Palestinian people.
Despite the continuation of crimes against civilians in Gaza, the leaders and the Resistance front have kept their spirit high, preparing all possible scenarios on other fronts, Iran's FM said and reiterated that the zero hour to confront the Israeli crimes is at the disposal of the resistance.
