Iran Press/Iran news: The president of IRIB, Abdulali Ali-Asgari, in his keynote speech at the media charter conference on Saturday, emphasized the importance of measuring organizational performance.
According to Iran press, Ali-Asgari said, indicators such as 'organizational coherence' can be measured to give an indication of how successful an organization is in carrying out its mission, duties and responsibilities.
In further remarks, Ali-Asgari added, "an organization should function as a coherent entity. There should be extensive interaction and communication between staff and personnel of an organization in such a way as to increase productivity, better motivating the workforce, and create synergies within the organization."
The president of IRIB went on to emphasize the importance of 'organizational coherence', saying a coherent organization will grow more rapidly and will be more successful in achieving its aims and objectives.
The conference was attended by senior managers and staff of IRIB and was held at the IRIB international conference center.
