IP - Reports indicate that 52 Israelis were captured by Resistance Forces from inside the occupied lands and then taken into the Gaza Strip. Also at least in the 22 location outside the Gaza enclave fighting are underway after Hamas lighting morning al-Aqsa flood operation.

Iran Press/ West Asia: Unconfirmed reports say 52 Israelis taken into Gaza Strip. Also several vehicles, including tank and Magen David Adom ambulances captured.

The Israel army spokesman, Daniel Hagari, confirmed that there are still 22 locations of ongoing fighting in southern Israel, including hostage situations in Be’eri and Ofakim.

Four divisions were being deployed to the Gaza border, joining 31 battalions that are already there, Hagari said.

Gaza Resistance forces led by Hamas launched unprecedented attacks on Israel in the morning, firing thousands of rockets and sending its fighters into occupied territories by land, sea, and air, killing at least 100 soldiers and injuring over 900.

The multi-pronged attack, coming a day after Israel marked the 50th anniversary of the Yom Kippur War, caught the Israeli military and security forces completely by surprise.

Rise of Israeli airstrikes inside Gaza

Israel's military says it carried out airstrikes against two high-rise towers in the Gaza Strip. These two buildings are the local and international headquarters of media outlets.

In the meantime, settler attacks have increased, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society said.

Two Palestinians have been killed and over 30 Palestinians wounded in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem, according to Palestinian medics.
