Iran Press/Iran news: The fourth round of the Martyr Ahmadi-Roshan Project was held on Saturday at Tehran University for the fourth consecutive year by the efforts of Iran’s national elites foundation with the attendance of Iran's Vice President for Science and Technology Sorena Sattari and President of the University of Tehran Mahmoud Nili Ahmadabadi.
Speaking at the event, Sattari said Iran is ranked second in the Human Resources Index, stressing the need to use this potential for the benefit of the economy, Iran Press reported.
“In this regard, we must change the culture of the society accordingly,” he added.
“We are looking for a new method of education and we need to reach a point where we can solve all the problems of the country,” the Vice President for Science and Technology continued.
Meanwhile, Deputy of Planning and Supervision of the National Elites Foundation Hassan Salarieh said that Solving the fundamental issues of the country with the help of elites is the most important goal of Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project.
Pointing out the necessity of establishing problem-centered and problem-solving elite cores and the importance of their role in the development of the country, Salarieh added: “Increasing social skills and strengthening the self-confidence in the youth are among the most important achievements of Shahid Ahmadi Roshan Project.”
In this project, the top talents will work in groups to solve problems of the country with the guidance and management of one of the instructors over nine months.
Talents receive monthly credit according to their performance and style sheet and can receive up to 100 points of elite activity in the project at the end of the period.
