Iran Press/Iran news: According to Iran Press, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif congratulated Christian New Year to all the people around the world, while wishing peaceful, healthy and happy year.
"Wishing everyone across the globe - from all races, religions and ethnicities - a happy, healthy and peaceful New Year. Let us all resolve to ensure that no innocent man, woman or child is killed or starved due to conflict, terror, aggression and coercion in 2019," Zarif tweeted on Monday.
Meanwhile, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani in separate messages congratulated the Christian New Year to his counterparts in different countries of the world. "I hope year 2019 would bring peace and tranquility for all human beings," President Rouhani said in his message.
