Iran Press/ Asia: The bomber struck early morning in front of the Habibieh public school in western Kabul.
Eyewitnesses said a Taliban security vehicle was targeted in the Darulaman area of Kabul.
Spokesperson of the ministry of interior Affairs Saeed Khostai confirmed the explosion but denied any financial loss and casualties.
However, there is no immediate comment from Taliban security sources.
