Iran Press/Iran news: Referring to the 40th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution, Brigadier General Ghassem Ghoreishi said: "This year, a wider presence of Iranians in the 22 Bahman (11 February) rallies and marches will show the solidarity and unity of the Iranian nation to the world."
In an exclusive interview with Iran Press News Agency on Saturday, he added: "Iranian people will have a glorious presence in the great celebration of the 40th anniversary of the Iran's Islamic revolution and will showcase Iran's capabilities. The enemies are trying to infiltrate in to the country, they are trying to divide the people, and weaken the country."
In further comments, the senior IRGC Commander added: "The vigilant Iranian people, with their massive presence in the celebrations of the 40th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic revolution, will gladden the hearts of our friends, and deliver a firm slap to the face of the enemies."
On Jan 15, 2019, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani has emphasized that the Iranian nation will celebrate the 40th victory anniversary of the Islamic Revolution on the streets of towns and cities with great enthusiasm, gusto, and delight.
Addressing a gathering of Shia and Sunni scholars in Golestan province, Rouhani added that the Iranian nation will resolutely respond to the United States and other arrogant powers on the national day of 22 Bahman (11 February).
