Iran press/Iran news: Iran could defeat enemies' strategies in the region, Defense Minister Brigadier General Amir Hatami said, adding enemies wanted to say that Iran is dangerous, but we proved that Iran's power is for peace, stability, and security, according to IRNA.
Addressing a conference held in Tehran, Brigadier General Amir Hatami said those who claim that they defeated ISIS have in fact been defeated and been forced to leave.
"Iran established peace in the region and put an end to the war which was started by the US," he added.
B.G.Hatami stressed that enemies who had targeted people's lives during Iraq imposed war against Iran are trying to disappoint people now.
He also underlined the fact that 85% of armed forces' needs are domestically made.
Earlier on Jul. 18, Iranian Minister of Defense said that Iran’s sophisticated and advanced defensive industries is moving forwards for peaceful purposes.
