The 2022 Tehran Asian Rowing Cup was held in women's and men's fields from September 9 to 11 at the lake of Tehran Azadi Sports Complex, and teams from Iran, India, Iraq, and Pakistan competed in it.
The IAU men’s rowing team that had ranked first in last year’s national clubs' rowing competition participated in the Asian games as Iran’s representative this year, winning five gold medals.
The IAU women’s team competed with the Indian, Pakistani, and the other Iranian team, Artmis Iran team, gained three gold and three silver medals to rank first as well.
This year’s Asian Cup II Rowing is going to be hosted by Thailand.
