Ardabil (IP) - The second national festival of the beauty of the Arabian horse 'AJ Darij' Cup was held with the participation of 120 horses from all over Iran for three days (July 14 to 16, 2021) in Ardabil, northwestern Iran.

Iran PressIran news: The Festival was under the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) supervision and was judged by two referees from Russia and Belgium.

The purpose of holding this national festival was to market the production and breeding of beautiful horses and support the producers.

Bahauddin Ilkhani, the head of the equestrian board of Ardabil, said Ardabil is becoming the hub of horse breeding in Iran, adding that there are currently 150 purebred Arabian horses with unique beauties in Ardabil.
