The 22nd International Exhibition of Police, Safety, and Security Equipment (IPAS 2025) officially opened in Tehran on Monday, bringing together 45 ambassadors and military attachés from various countries, along with more than 250 companies.

IPAS 2025 highlights Iran’s efforts to showcase advancements in policing, urban safety, cybersecurity, and emerging smart technologies— key areas for national and regional security. 

 

The big picture:

With participation from over 230 domestic and 21 foreign companies,  the exhibition serves as a platform for defense and security industries to collaborate and innovate. For the first time, it features a dedicated section on food security and subsidized trade systems, highlighting broader strategic priorities.
