IP- The leader of the Justice and Development Party of Afghanistan said that the massacre of civilians by any country is condemned and a crime against humanity.

Iran PressAsia: Commenting on a report about the British special forces' behavior during a six-month mission in southern Afghanistan and the killing of 54 civilians, Seyyed Javad Hosseini, the leader of the Justice and Development Party of Afghanistan, called it a crime and anti-human.

News sources recently reported that British special forces killed Afghan men and even teenagers similarly during a six-month mission in southern Afghanistan.

"During the 20 years that foreign forces were in Afghanistan, many crimes against the Afghan people may have occurred, but, unfortunately, they remained hidden," in an interview with Iran Press, Hosseini emphasized.

The leader of the Justice and Development Party of Afghanistan said that the crimes of foreign forces in Afghanistan show that the government and international institutions did not monitor their behavior in Afghanistan.

Hosseini stated that the government is responsible for the families of the victims of the crimes of foreign forces and should follow up and prosecute these crimes in international forums.

"The country that has committed crimes in Afghanistan must be held accountable, and an independebt institution needs to investigate. If the UN Security Council remains silent about such crimes, these crimes will continue," he noted.
