In the seventh round of the talks began on November 29, before Iran submitted its proposal text to the other side of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action(JCPOA), some of the European side's countries have insisted on their non-constructive approach to the negotiations. The negotiating representatives from the P4+1 side (China, Russia, France, UK, Germany) announced that they needed to retune their countries and receive consultations to continue the Vienna talks.
