Iran PressIran news: According to the latest statistics of the Central Bank published on Monday, the amount of Iran's foreign debt by the end of June 20, 2020, based on the initial maturity of debts is 8 billion 655 million dollars, of which 7 billion 163 million dollars are medium and long-term debts and 1 billion 492 million dollars are short-term ones.

This shows that Iran's foreign debt reduced for 4.16 percent compared to the end of March 19, 2020, before the Persian New Year starts.

These actual liabilities of Iran on the basis of Euros are estimated at 7 billion and 742 million Euros, of which 6 billion and 408 million Euros are the volume of medium and long-term debts and 1 billion and 335 million Euros are short-term debts.

The volume of Iran's foreign debt by the end of March 19, 2020, was equivalent to 9 billion and 31 million dollars, which indicates a decrease in the volume of Iran's foreign debt in the first quarter of the Persian New Year.
