Shiraz (IP) - The third hearing of the Shahcheragh second terrorist attack was held in the presence of the defendant, the lawyers, and the parents of the martyrs of this incident.

Iran PressIran news: According to Iran Press news agency, the hearing was held in the first branch of the Shiraz Islamic Revolution Court under the chairmanship of Judge Seyyed Mahmoud Sadati and the presence of two advisory judges and representatives of the public and revolution prosecutors. A complete investigation was carried out regarding the housing rent, the way of paying the rent, and the introduction of the first-tier defendant to the owner of the apartment.

In the continuation of Rahmatullah Norozaf, the first-tier defendant appeared on the stand to answer the questions of the court panel and explained how he became involved in the ISIS group while accepting all the charges, including being a member of the ISIS group and carrying out an armed attack on the holy shrine of Shahcheragh. With the intention of disrupting the country's security, he said that all actions were directed by the ring leader of ISIS, who issued the order through cyberspace.

At the end of the third hearing on the accusations of the defendants of the recent attack on the holy shrine of Shahcheragh, the head of the court, while receiving the last defense of the defendants, announced the end of the proceedings of this case, referring to Article 374 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, and said that within the legal deadline, the court issued an appropriate verdict and It will be notified to the defendants and their lawyers.

On Sunday, August 13, Takfiri agent "Rahmatullah Norozaf" entered the holy shrine of Hazrat Ahmad bin Musa (AS) in Shiraz, the capital of Fars province, south of Iran, with a firearm and started shooting at the pilgrims and servants from the entrance.

In this terrorist attack, two people were martyred, and eight people were injured.

The perpetrator of this terrorist attack was arrested with the timely arrival of security and police officers.

The shrine of Shahcheragh was also attacked by ISIS on October 26, 2022 (November 4, 1401), as a result of which 13 people were martyred and more than 20 people were injured.
