Macaire said strengthening commercial ties and paying attention to meeting basic needs such as food, medicines and other affairs related to safety, health and people's lives should be considered the first step towards expanding Iran-Britain relations.

No doubt, there are lots of companies in London which are willing to establish relations with Fars Province because of its capacities and potentials, he said.

For his part, Tabadar said the Islamic Republic of Iran has always been after establishing and consolidating friendly relations with other countries including Britain, adding that the UK and other European countries are expected to remain fully committed to the JCPOA.
