Oil minister said he is optimistic that Iran can sell oil in the future despite the US unilateral sanctions. 

Iran Press/Iran news: “We are currently trying our best to defeat the enemies and resolve problems of selling our oil. We are hopeful of crude sales in the future,” said Bijan Zanganeh cited by the national TV. 

His comments come after the British Marines seized the Grace 1 supertanker, carrying Iranian oil, in the Strait of Gibraltar, claiming it was headed to Syria, Iran Press reported. 

Referring to the Saudi oil minister's statement about Iran's role as a threat to energy security, Zanganeh said that Iran is the most important factor for the security and stability of energy in the region, and the United States is the biggest one in disrupting the energy stability of the world.

Despite US sanctions, our oil refineries have been operating with high capacity over the last year, and this week, Iran's gasoline production exceeds 110 million liters per day, which is the highest historical figure. 213/
