The 5th Summit of Heads of State of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA) kicked off its work with the presence of 12 heads of states and 15 top-level delegates in Tajik Capital Dushanbe on Saturday June 15. The CICA currently has 27 members, including 8 observer states and 5 international organizations such as the UN, the OSCE, and the Arab League.
