Iran Press/ Iran news: Having cast his vote in the ballot, Iranian Interior Minister Ahmad Vahidi told Iran Press: "The second round of Parliamentary elections has started so that the remaining 45 members of the parliament will be elected."
Iran's Interior Minister added: "This round of the elections is very important, and God willing, with the presence of our dear people at the polls, we will see important political and social movement in the areas where they should vote."
Vahidi further explained: "The difference between this round compared to the previous period is the electronization of a larger number of constituencies.
In such a way eight constituencies and more than 60% of the ballot boxes have been completely electronic, which we hope will be a good step towards innovative activities in the electoral constituencies.
Vahidi said: "Eight constituencies are all electronic including more than 60% of Parliamentarians."
Vahid further expressed hope that with the presence of people at the polls, Iran will witness an important political and social movement.
