Larijani sympathized with Russian MPs, the Russian people, and the bereaved families of the victims of this tragedy, and wished speedy recovery for all those injured in this incident.
The Iranian speaker also wished dignity for his Russian counterpart Vyacheslav Volodin and success for Russian government and people.
The death toll in Kemerovo shopping center blaze now stands at 64 people.
The fire, which broke out on Sunday afternoon, was finally contained some 12 hours later, after engulfing much of the building. The building sustained severe damage, its roof and floors partially collapsing, according to Russian media reports.
