Nasrallah:

Hezbollah Secretary General Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah said: "Today, the ‘Axis of Resistance’ possesses great strength, resilience, and enhanced capabilities and the Revolutionary Guards are at the foundation of this resistance, which has taken on the responsibility of supporting oppressed peoples.

Iran Press/ West Asia: Speaking to commemorate the prisoners and wounded fighters of the Islamic Resistance on Tuesday Nasrallah added: "The issue concerning the world today is the events in Palestine, specifically Gaza. We have been witnessing 130 days of Israeli crimes against the Palestinians and 130 days of Palestinian heroism and steadfastness."

"More important is the obligation before God. After all, life moves on. But the responsibility on the 'Day of Judgment', each of us is asked about this bitter experience -- and per our religious beliefs we will be asked. This does not concern the Lebanese, or the Jordanian, or the Yemeni, or the Iranian. No, this will come upon every human being who knows or heard of what has been happening in Gaza for 130, they will have religious and moral obligations, and on Judgement Day God will ask individuals, groups, nations, and peoples what they did. Of course, God will not ask of people more than their abilities," said the chief of Hezbollah.

"The first point - what we're doing in Lebanon on our front for 129 days, and what our brethren are doing on other supporting fronts, is first a truthful response to our humanitarian and religious obligation upon all of us. What is happening to the people of Gaza, what they are enduring every day, should shake the conscience of every human on earth, shake their existence, and should set how they respond to this humanitarian disaster. What they should say, what they should do," added Nasrallah.

"In the world as well, this blood, wounds, suffering, and accomplishments have granted our people and country accomplishments and victories that are obvious. This suffering has resulted in this world and the next. In the end, it is forgiveness and reward and high ranks in heaven; on the Day of Judgement, they will be presented with what they have done," said Nasrallah.

Defeat of Israel in the interest of the region

The Secretary of Lebanon's Hezbollah said that the defeat of the Israeli regime in the war on Gaza is to the benefit of the region's countries.

Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah noted that the emergence of the occupying ‘Israeli’ entity is the origin of the crises in the region, and Lebanon’s history bears witness to that

Nasrallah said: "Before the Palestinian interest, the Lebanese, Syrian, Egyptian, and Jordanian national interest is that ‘Israel’ is defeated in this battle."

"The opening of the Lebanese front with the occupation constituted a national interest primarily to prevent ‘Israel’ from scoring victory, Seyyed Nasrallah said."

Pointing to parties' early judgments about the achievements of the resistance front, he said that the parties describe what is achieved as imaginary victories, but it is the Zionist entity that is suffering losses on all fronts including economy and low morale.

Enemies must practice defeat

"The resistance today is readier than in any prior phase to confront the enemy on any level necessary. So the enemy must admit -- even if they don't admit, they must practice defeat. This war in Gaza will be a victory for the Resistance," Seyyed Hassan Nasrallah said.

Nasrallah added: "So in that case, if they continue, let them know that not only will they be unable to return the 100,000 or 200,000, but let them prepare the shelters and hotels for 2 million. If you expand, we will expand. If you stop, we will stop. Whoever imagines that the Resistance in Lebanon feels fear or weakness for one second is wrong in their calculations."
