the US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo

At a meeting attended by members of terrorist groups and planners of Iran's recent riots, the US Secretary of State repeated his vicious claims against Iran.

Iran NewsAmerica: During the meeting at the US State Department on Thursday, Mike Pompeo accused the Islamic Republic of Iran of allegedly violating human rights.

Referring to the recent unrest in some Iranian cities, Pompeo tried to reverse popular protests against economic problems, calling them uprisings against the legitimate system of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The US Secretary of State went on to pointed to sanctions on two Iranian judges and called it another step the US government has taken to protect the so-called uprisings in Iran.

Pompeo added that the United States would restrict the issuance of visas to Iranian officials, as he claimed, who are complicit in the abuse of peaceful protesters.

While the US government has in recent months even banned the import of essential medicines and food for the Iranian people, Pompeo claimed that Washington stood by the Iranian people.
