Iran Press/Iran News: In a telephone conversation with Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah Emir of Kuwait on Monday, Rouhani said, "We hope this difficult situation will make some into reconsidering their mistakes and making human relations the basis of their actions."
He noted, "The Islamic Republic has gained good experiences in the field of this disease and we are ready to transfer our experiences to friendly countries, including Kuwait."
Rouhani also appreciated the efforts of Emir of Kuwait for the stable conditions in the region, saying, "I emphasize that there is no other way to ensure security and stability in the region than cooperation and friendship between the countries of the region itself."
"We are ready to work together to ensure security and stability in the region and the world, as well as to fight the coronavirus in today's critical situation," he said.” We expect Kuwait's to take a stand on regional issues as well as the wrong behavior of the United States.”
Rouhani described the relations between Iran and Kuwait as fraternal and friendly, noting that "We are interested in relations to be sincerer and friendly and we are ready to develop cooperation."
The President also congratulated the government and people of Kuwait on the eve of the holy month of Ramadan.
For his part, Amir of Kuwait said, "We are brothers and we must stand by each other. Today, we are all in a difficult situation, and to overcome this situation, we must work together and strengthen communication.”
Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah welcomed Iran's initiative to provide security in the region called "Hormoz Peace Plan", stating "Kuwait's positions have always been for peace and we hope some of our friends and brothers in the region will act wisely."
Appreciating Iran's behavior and logical positions on important regional and international issues, Emir of Kuwait welcomed the proposal to transfer Iran's experience in dealing with Coronavirus to his country and emphasized the development and deepening of relations in all fields.
