  • Knowledge-based products with a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 4 are eligible to compete. The main themes include advanced technologies in oil, gas, petrochemicals, quantum optics, microelectronics, and biotechnology. 
  • A total of 135 projects from 18 provinces have advanced to the final stage after the screening process.
