Iran Press/Iran news: Major General Qasem Rezai said the meeting will address the latest developments of Iran and Turkey borders.
"At the meeting, we have new exchanges on the agenda so that we can have a more realistic, purposeful, and practical security at the borders of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Turkish Republic," he said.
The Iranian Border Guard Police Commander described the exchange of information on such issues as security and smuggling, as well as the serious fight against arms trafficking as good cooperation cases between the two countries' border guards.
Iran and Turkey share a 500km border, most of which is located in impassable mountainous areas.
