Iran Press / Asia: The two foreign ministers discussed bilateral relations, as well as economic and banking ties, petrochemicals, oil and energy, and transportation matters.
According to Iran Press, international and regional issues of importance, including the situation in Afghanistan, were discussed by Zarif and Swaraj.
The meeting was held on Wednesday on the sidelines of the 'Raisina Dialogue' which is underway in India's New Delhi.
The Raisina Dialogue is a multilateral conference held in New Delhi annually. Since its inception in 2016, the conference has emerged as India’s flagship conference on geopolitics and geo-economics.

Zarif is to address the Raisina Dialogue on Wednesday evening.
He will also hold talks with the Spanish foreign minister, Josep Borrell, and also his Australian counterpart, Marise Payne.
On Tuesday, Zarif delivered a speech at a business forum which was attended by top Iranian and Indian businessmen, industrialists, economic experts, and activists.
In the speech, Iranian Foreign Minister emphasized that Iran is and will be the most reliable energy provider for India.
Zarif also added, "No economic power can stop us doing business with India. No economic power can tell us you cannot have relationship with India, this can give you confidence on the partner you are choosing."
He said, "Iran is the most reliable energy provider for India and will not allow any consideration to impede the relationship between the two countries."101/ 211 / 210
