Iran's Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi had previously met and talked with a number of his counterparts, including the foreign ministers of Switzerland, the UK, and the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell and Luigi Di Maio, the special representative of the European Union for the affairs of the Persian Gulf region.
