Sao Paulo (IP) – Heavy rains in the Brazilian state of Sao Paulo have inundated public thorough fares and streets, making it difficult for people to get around.

Iran PressAmerica: Torrential rains and tornadoes began on Tuesday in the Brazilian state of Sao Paulo, causing floods in the southern part of the state; electricity and internet were also cut off in some parts of the state, damaging homes and public and private cars.

Rainfall in recent days has led to river floods and landslides in Sao Paulo, killing more than 20 people and forcing dozens to flee their homes in 11 cities.
