Born in the House of Allah, Imam Ali (AS), a cousin, son-in-law, and companion of the Holy Prophet of Islam, who is one of the central figures in Shia Islam and is regarded as the rightful immediate successor to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and an Imam by Shia Muslims, was stabbed on the head on 19th Ramazan which led to his martyrdom two days later at an age of 63.
