Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister and Russian Deputy Foreign Minister have talked about the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) in Moscow.

Iran Press/Europe: Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister, Abbas Araghchi, and  Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov in their meeting in Moscow have talked about issues related to Iran's nuclear deal known as Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

The meeting took place in the sideline of the 2019 Moscow Nonproliferation Conference titled 'Nuclear Energy, Disarmament and Nonproliferation', Iran Press reported.

The conference will address such issues as arms control between Russia and the US, various aspects of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), Middle East tensions, and the lack of success in denuclearising the Korean peninsula, and nuclear disarmament.

Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araqchi is attending the Moscow conference and the special meetings to be held on JCPOA to elaborate on the latest situation with regards to Iran's nuclear deal.

The 2019 Moscow Nonproliferation Conference titled 'Nuclear Energy, Disarmament and Nonproliferation' began on Friday with the participation of ministers and officials from 40 countries as well as several international bodies including International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization (CTBTO), and United Nations Office for Disarmament Affairs (UNODA).101/201
