Iran Press/ Iran news: The 5th round of the congress, which is scheduled to be held every two years, is titled “The Civilizational Thought of Imam Reza (AS)”.
Some 200 articles have been submitted to the secretariat of the conference, so far.
Understanding the mechanisms of normalization of discrimination, oppression, and hatred alongside appropriate measures for confronting them, the development of the culture of resistance to establish justice, and its connection with Jihad to repel oppression and social discrimination are the topics to be discussed in the event.
During the congress, the creation of a convergence and mutual understanding about general themes such as justice, truth, dignity, discrimination, tyranny, and conflict are on the agenda.
Speaking at the congress, the secretary of the event Saeed-Reza Ameli stated that the motto of the congress is justice for all and expressed hope that it could help to convey the message to the world.
Ameli referred to the Israeli regime's war on Gaza and said what is being witnessed today is genocide in the strip and all should try to stop the mass killing machine.
He noted that the world needs training on how to stop mass killings like the massacre in Gaza.
Highlighting Israel's atrocities against oppressed Palestinians and Gazans, Ameli said that Gaza is facing painstaking crimes that led to homelessness, starvation, and martyrdom of women and children.
Elsewhere in his speech, he referred to the scientific dimension of the congress, reporting that so far some 200 articles have been submitted to the secretariat.
Ameli said that in the international section, efforts are made to start Imam Reza’s (AS) discourse of dialogue.
Gathering focal thoughts around the monotheistic and justice-based thoughts of Imam Reza (AS) is among the main agendas of the congress, he said. 204
