Environmental activists gathered at Washington, D.C., to protest Trump administration's oil and gas drilling policy.

IranPress- This gathering was organized by "Earth Management" and was held at National Mall, near downtown of the capital, were most of  museums, art galleries, cultural institutions, and various memorials, sculptures, and statues are located.

In a symbolic action, the environmental activists bring a model drilling equipment to protest Trump's decision to open National Parks to Fossil Fuel Drilling.

With President Donald Trump’s executive order on energy, federal agencies are now reviewing all rules that inhibit domestic energy production. And that includes regulations around drilling in national parks that, if overturned, could give oil and gas companies easier access to leases on federal lands they’ve long coveted.
