A suicide attacker blew himself up near an Afghan security forces vehicle on Tuesday, killing at least 12 people in Jalalabad. At least five people were wounded in this attack.

The explosion in the eastern city of Jalalabad also set a nearby petrol station alight. 

Some of the victims were brought to hospital with severe burns, according to hospital director, Najibullah Kamawal. He confirmed the casualty toll. 

The Terror group, Daesh (also known as ISIS ) has claimed responsibility for this deadly  attack.
