Iran's health ministry spokesman, Iraj Harirchi dismisses some information released in social medias about the ministry and said: "the ministry is in complete coordination with Iranian government and the government is united in every parts".
"The recent changes have no effect on health sector or on social security Insurance. Our position was clear before and there has been no change in it till the present", Iran's health ministry spokesman added.
"Health ministry as the provider of health in Iran has control over health supreme council, policy making and providing the package in the framework of health policy", Harirchi noted.
"Transferring the supreme council of health and health insurance has taken place under the law", Iran's health ministry spokesman stated.
"About social security insurance, it is worth mentioning that Iran's health ministry just intertwine in the curing sector of this insurance and does not engage itself in the retirement part or investment part", Iraj Harirchi concluded.
