Sana’a (IP) – A senior Yemeni official has issued a stern warning to regional adversaries, emphasizing that Yemen's armed forces are prepared with significant "surprises" both on land and at sea.

Iran Press/West Asia: Mohammed Ali al-Houthi, a member of Yemen’s Supreme Political Council, stated that Yemen is acting out of its religious and moral duty to counter Israeli terrorism in Gaza. "The intensified operations in support of Gaza respond to calls from the Yemeni people and the Palestinian resistance groups in the besieged enclave," he said.

Al-Houthi highlighted Yemen’s military advancements, asserting that the nation has developed capabilities to counter Israeli aggressions effectively. He declared that the country’s operations against aggressors will persist until hostilities against Gaza cease. "American and British attacks will not deter us," he added, referring to external military aggressions targeting Yemen’s forces.

Al-Houthi acknowledged that Yemen had gained critical experience through operations supporting Gaza, including the deployment of long-range missiles. He issued a pointed warning to Saudi Arabia, cautioning against initiating new hostilities. "If Saudi Arabia enters a new war, it will face greater losses than ever before," he said.

Al-Houthi revealed that Yemen's armed forces are prepared with strategic capabilities that have not yet been unveiled. "The surprises on land will be even greater than those at sea," he noted, suggesting a multifaceted approach to any potential conflict.

Al-Houthi also ruled out the possibility of negotiations with Saudi Arabia under current circumstances. "While we are engaged in confronting Israel, which poses a threat to Yemen, Saudi Arabia, and other Arab nations, there will be no talks with Riyadh," he stated firmly.
