Tehran (IP) - Iranian Judiciary Chief Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei, described Iran's approach toward the crimes of the Zionist regime and emphasized global solidarity against this oppression.

Iran Press/Iran news: The 8th Islamic Human Rights Award ceremony kicked off in Tehran on Sunday in the presence of Iran's Judiciary Chief Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejeie, high-ranking officials, and ambassadors of Islamic countries residing in Tehran.

At the ceremony of awarding the 8th Islamic Human Rights Award, Iranian Judiciary Chief Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei said: "Today, an international united front of Muslims and non-Muslims people from all tribes and classes stand in front of Israel's oppression and crimes and condemn it. "No words can express the brutality and severity of the Zionist regime's crime."

Global solidarity against oppression

Ejei emphasized that today the people of the world, even in the countries that support the Zionist regime, have realized the crimes of this regime, and this indicates a global trend that stands against oppression.

He also asked Islamic human rights defenders to take greater steps to expose the crimes of the Zionist regime.

Honoring the winners of the Islamic Human Rights Awards

In this ceremony, prominent personalities such as martyr Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the political bureau of Hamas, Ziad Nakhale, the secretary general of the Islamic Jihad of Palestine, Siraj-ul-Haq, Chief of  Jamaat-e-Islami of Pakistan and several other human rights activists were honored.

Also, the family of Martyr Hossein AmirAbdollahian, Former Minister of Foreign Affairs, and other families of martyrs of resistance were honored.

This ceremony is considered not only as a cultural and human rights event but also as a platform to express solidarity against the atrocities and crimes of the Zionist regime.
