Iran Press/ Iran news: Major General "Hussein Salami", Chief Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps, said on Thursday at the gathering of the IRGC veterans that was held in the Hosseiniya of Imam Reza (A.S.) of the IRGC Aerospace Force in Tehran: "This Hosseiniya today is filled with the fragrance of Jihad martyrdom, chivalry, steadfastness, sacrifice, faith, ethics, humanity, and modesty; You, the veterans, 43 years ago, in such days, set out on a journey whose return was uncertain."
Major General Salami added:" Your houses were the gates of heaven, you were all in Jihad; Today, this wrinkle on our face and forehead is the secret of happiness; Those who went to Jihad 43 years ago are still there and are present in the field."
He further said: You did not let the enemy reach his goal, because you are here today, and this means that we have moved forward and the enemy has not reached his goals. We are witnessing some powers going to the dustbin of history devils being trapped and enemies being defeated.
