Iran Press/ West Asia: Brigadier General Yahya Saree said in a statement on Tuesday that the Yemeni Army's missile unit fired several cruise missiles at military positions in the Eilat Port, in the Israeli-occupied territories of Palestine.
General Saree stressed that as long as the Israeli regime continues the all-out war on Gaza and blockades the Palestinian people in the strip, the Yemeni armed forces will not stop targeting the US and Israeli vessels crossing the Red Sea.
In the early morning of January 21, the US and British fighters launched air raids on the positions of the Ansarullah movement in Yemen in support of the Zionist regime's vessels in the Red Sea. Following the invasion, the US and British ships also became a legitimate target for the Yemeni armed forces.
Yemen declared the Red Sea, Arab Sea, and Bab ul-Mandab secure for navigation except for those ships that go to occupied Palestine to provide the Israeli regime with logistic and military aid.
It was on October 7 that the Palestinian Resistance carried out Operation Al-Aqsa Flood on the Israeli regime's forces in response to the regime's daily crimes against the Palestinian people during 75 years of occupation of Palestine since 1948.
To compensate for the scandalous failure, the regime has blocked Gaza's border crosses and is bombing the strip.
So far, from the beginning of the all-out war against Gaza, more than 31,700 people have been martyred and over 73,000 others have been wounded.
People in Gaza are simultaneously coping with both the Israeli strikes and the famine emerging out of the regime's war on Gaza.
