United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) shared on Friday in a notice that another incident took place near Yemen's coast.

Iran Press/ West Asia: According to UKMTO's post on X, the event transpired approximately 90 NM (nautical miles) away from the southeastern part of Adem, Yemen and authorities are presently conducting an investigation into the matter.

In light of recent incidents, UKMTO has advised all ships to exercise caution while navigating in the vicinity and to immediately notify their organization of any dubious activities they may encounter.

Early on Friday, US and British forces launched air, ship and submarine strikes against targets across Yemen.

Strikes on Yemen came after Yemeni forces targeted several Israeli-owned and -bound shipping in the Red Sea in support of Palestinians in war-torn Gaza, where more than 23,000 Palestinians have been killed in an Israeli onslaught since October 7.
