Iran Press/ Asia: Iran's trade center in Kabul opened on Sunday in the presence of Taliban government officials and Iranian political and economic officials in Kabul.
Seven thousand square meters have been allocated for Iranian companies in Iran's trade center in Afghanistan. The center has to provide legal and commercial consulting services, help in signing commercial and economic contracts, providing insurance, transportation, and logistics services.
Khairuddin Mayel, the Deputy of the Afghanistan Chamber of Commerce, told Iran Press correspondent in Kabul that the establishment of Iran's trade center in Afghanistan is an important step in the development of exports, trade, and economic cooperation between the two sides, which will be a bridge between producers, exporters, and consumers.
Khan Mohammad Foroutan, the Head of the Afghanistan Chamber of Agriculture and Animal Husbandry, said that the opening of Iran's trade center in Kabul is an important and valuable step in a country that has been involved in war for 40 years.
Farhad Taghavimanesh, a member of the Board of Directors of Behshahr Industrial Development Company of Iran, also told Iranpress that the center will help increase the presence of the private sector and Iranian companies in the Afghan market and introduce the potential capacities of Iranian and Afghan companies.
The businessman said that Iran wants to see the growth, development, and progress of the neighboring country by providing technology and engineering services.
