Iran Press/ Iran news: Two blasts went off among the crowd gathered in the southern city of Kerman at the 4th anniversary of Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani on Wednesday afternoon, Two terrorist blasts in Iran’s southeastern city of Kerman have left 94 people dead and 211 more injured, according to Kerman Province Emergency Organization.
ISIS claimed responsibility for these deadly terror blasts.
In his messages, Syrian President Bashar al-Assad also extended his condolences to the people of Iran and wished recovery for those injured in the attacks, SANA news agency reported.
He underlined that such terrorist acts are aimed at making “our people abandon their principles and national interests, and making them unable to defend their country’s sovereignty and dignity.”
Beirut-based Al Mayadeen news network also said that the Syrian president condemned the Kerman attacks and said that such terror incidents, which target civilians, show the extent of the desperation of terrorists and their supporters. 219
