Tehran (IP) - Heading a top delegation, the Syrian Prime Minister entered Tehran on Friday afternoon at the invitation of the Iranian First Vice President.

Iran PressIran news: Hussein Arnous is scheduled to participate in the 15th Joint Supreme Committee of Iran-Syria Economic Cooperation and meet with the Iranian President and the Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, during a three-day visit. 

Economic cooperation in customs, banking, creation of joint trade zones, tourism, energy, and electricity supply are among the fields that will be examined and operationalized by the high-ranking delegations of Iran and Syria during this trip.

Tehran-Damascus relations got more extensive, with a promising perspective for comprehensive development, after the defeat of Daesh (ISIS).

On the official demand of the Syrian government, the Islamic Republic offered military advice and help to defeat the US-baked ISIS terrorist group.204
