South African Foreign Minister in her joint presser with the Iranian Foreign Minister stressed supporting the cause of Palestine together as the common goal of Iran and South Africa.

Iran PressIran news: Speaking at her joint Joint presser with Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of South Africa Naledi Mandisa Pandor said: "Our policy is clear and we support the policy of two countries, and the Palestinians must have their own land, the borders of 1967 must be recognized. We support peace. We do not pretend that Palestine is not occupied."

Pandor further added: "In practice, we say that they do not have human rights and that their land is occupied. We participated in yesterday's meeting in Egypt and supported that meeting. The continent of Africa has always seen interference and many coups in Africa, so this continent knows the problems. Countries should act more decisively."

South African top diplomat stated: "We are eager to achieve these goals together with Iran, and this is the common goal of Iran and South Africa."

Amir-Abdullahian also said: "At the invitation of the President of South Africa, Iranina President Ebrahim Raisi will visit this country, and during this trip, the last documents of understanding between the institutions of the two sides will be signed by the Presidents."

In this meeting, the two sides emphasized on the development of bilateral cooperation and interactions and exchanged views on the most important regional and international issues. 219
