Iran Press/ Iran news: In a telephone conversation with Zhang Ming, the Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Aَmir-Abdollahian discussed the latest developments in the region, as well as Iran's progress in developing relations with this organization and the positive role of this organization in paying attention to critical issues, especially the fight against terrorism.
In this telephone conversation, the Secretary General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, while pointing to the explicit condemnation of the Israeli regime's attack on the embassy of the Islamic Republic in Damascus, said that all members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization are concerned about the current situation in the region and demand the return of security to the region.
Zhang Ming further appreciated the efforts of the Islamic Republic of Iran to achieve peace and security in the region and called for the expansion of international cooperation to stop the war in Gaza and normalize the situation in Palestine to help the Palestinian people. 204
